Upon fulfilling the standards to train teacher trainees, TSC typically appoints teachers to teach at Teacher Training Colleges (TTC).
The necessary qualifications are not satisfied by tutors assigned to TTCs to instruct teacher candidates in the pedagogical and methodological abilities demanded by competency-based curricula.
TSC has assigned Lecturer I to TTC tutors under T-Scale 8. One must have at least three (3) years of experience in the service and be appointed as a teacher at TTC.
