How To Apply For Nyandarua County ECDE Jobs. Requirements for Appointment:
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
✅Minimum grade D (Plain) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or Division IV in the Kenya Certificate of Education (KCE);
✅Early Childhood Development Education Certificate, provided by KNEC/Ministry of Education or an authorized substitute;
✅a computer applications certificate;
✅a Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration; and
✅Valid certificate of Good Conduct from the DCI.
Duties and Responsibilities
✅facilitating learning and play activities to help kids adjust to life in elementary school;
✅recognizing kids who require particular attention;
✅guaranteeing the security of learning resources;
✅fostering and providing for children’s physical, mental, social, moral, and spiritual development;
✅creating and keeping up with professional records, such as lesson plans, work schedules, attendance logs, and daily activity schedules; and
✅ensuring the health, hygiene, welfare, nutrition, safety, and security of children.
