TSC’s Most Recent Promotion Interview Results. The Teachers Service Commission gave advice to educators who took part in the promotion interviews the previous year (TSC).
This is in line with several grievances expressed by elementary school teachers over the postponement of disclosing the results of the interview conducted in December.
The topic of concern is TSC’s promotion status in 2024.
Some sources claim that TSC is compelled to do this because of the lengthy review procedure, which entails validating Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD) evaluations.
It has also shown that the experienced delay is the consequence of factors other than interview results.
It has also been disclosed that the processing time has been extended due to the fact that there are over 36,000 files that need to be reviewed.

Therefore, it has been said that by April, there is a good likelihood that the interview results will be made public, allowing the selected candidates to be assigned duties.
To fill the vacancies left by promotions, TSC conducted three rounds of interviews, focusing on different grades and levels.
Promotions that ended lately involved post-primary and primary teachers who wanted to move into new career categories.
The third phase’s TSC focus, presently scheduled for February, is on post-primary administrators who aspire to advance to higher grades.
As part of the present traditional secondary school system, TSC opened positions ranging from top principal to deputy headteacher.
