TSC Updated Salary Scale For Promoted Teachers. After a thorough vetting procedure, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) finished promoting nearly 36,000 teachers. Several variables were considered in this process. They included the duration of service at the present grade, performance reviews, and maintaining regional balance.
The Teacher Performance and Appraisal Development (TPAD) system’s teacher ratings were also taken into account.
The selected candidates have received promotion letters, which they can use to confirm their status.
New pay scales and benefits will accompany these promotions, and they will take effect retroactively in March 2024.
This translates into a substantial pay boost for the promoted teachers.
