TSC APPOINTMENT TO DEPUTY HEAD TEACHER II- T-SCALE 9 (under Primary)
For a teacher to move to this promotional grade, serving as institutional administrators in primary schools, there are a number of requirements.
Appointed Deputy Head Teacher II will report to the school Head Teacher.
This administrator will be required to have knowledge on the development as well as implementation of the curriculum, implementation of education policies and programmes.
For one to get promotion to this grade,there must be availability of vacancies in the establishment which are very competitive.
TSC APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS TO THIS POST

Appointment to Senior Master IV -under Secondary
Senior Master IV is a promotional and an entry grade for the institutional administrators serving in secondary schools.
For one to get appointment to this C4 TSC grade , the teacher is expected to provide professional support, engage in mentorship as well as provide guidance and counselling to teachers .
It is also important to note that teacher promotion to this grade is normally competitive depends on availability of vacancies in the establishment.
THE TSC REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For one to qualify for appointment to this position of Senior Master IV, ;
- Teacher must have served as Secondary Teacher I under T-Scale 8 for a minimum period of 3 years.
- Possess a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
- Evidence to have undertaken the relevant (TPD) modules.
- Possess a valid Teaching Certificate for training.
- Possess the key Chapter six (6) of the Constitution.
