TSC Message To All Promoted Teachers
Teachers who are promoted to administrative roles, particularly those of deputy and head teacher, should wait for letters to be posted inside the county but outside of their subcounties.
On the other hand, those appointed to senior teaching posts will be assigned to subcounty schools that have openings.
Conversely, instructors who have been confirmed in acting roles and have been serving for a long time will be kept in their acting roles in the schools.
The timing of TSC promotions is particularly favorable for instructors who have been inactive in their job groups for a number of years.
Many elementary school teachers were thrilled to obtain their promotions because they had been dealing with job stagnation for a while.
A number of educators had served in the same capacity for almost a decade without receiving a promotion.
