TSC Salary Scale For Promoted Teachers. Following a rigorous screening process, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) completed the promotion of around 36,000 educators. In the process, a number of variables were taken into account.
They covered things like keeping regional balance, performance appraisals, and the length of service at the current grade. The instructor ratings from the instructor Performance and Appraisal Development (TPAD) system were also considered.
Promotion letters have been sent to the chosen candidates, which they can use to verify their position. These promotions will come with new salary and benefit packages that go into effect retrospectively in March 2024.
This means that the promoted instructors will receive a significant pay increase.
