The Teachers Service Commission, in it’s submissions to parliamentary education committee has made a number of resolutions regarding the promotions.
It has noted that a number of teachers had not completed the mandatory 3 years in their current grade yet they were promoted.
Based on a number of factors, a good number of teachers have been scrapped off from the promotion list.
