TSC Posting Letters For Recently Promoted Teachers. Teachers employed by TSC, particularly those who have been promoted to senior teacher positions, school deputies, acting head teachers, and principals, have a reason for celebration.
Those who have been waiting for their Teachers Service Commission (TSC) promotion letters will finally receive copies as the new term gets underway. In addition, they will take on their new professional responsibilities.
Since the commission has mandated that all teachers whose information were included in the promotions list receive their copies this week, it appears that some of these teachers have already received their letters.
Some members of the cadres for Deputy Head Teachers and Senior Teachers who were promoted have already received them. The remaining members will obtain them from Sub County TSC Directors.
The responsible TSC County Directors will gather the promotion letters of those elevated to Headteacher and Principal posts.
TSC Posting Letters For Recently Promoted Teachers
The TSC chairman had previously stated that the commission headquarters had worked on all the specifics of teacher promotions.
The officer went on to say that all of the promoted teachers’ information had been sent to different County and Sub County offices. This is to ensure these crucial letters are printed and given to the instructors who did well in the interviews.
After attending interviews that were held in their respective counties, TSC took the initiative to promote a number of teachers to deputy head teacher roles and others to principal posts.
TSC invited the public to interviews in December 2023 and January 2024, after an October 2023 advertising requesting all teachers who had met the standards to indicate their interest by participating in the exercise.
In addition to receiving a pay raise, promoted teachers are likely to benefit from a twofold benefit since they will be taking on and fulfilling new professional responsibilities.
