TSC New Salary Scale For Senior Teachers Per Job Group. Senior teachers in public elementary and secondary schools employed by the Teachers Service Commission, or TSC, have numerous reasons to be happy.
According to reliable sources, there’s a possibility that their pay will increase beginning in July 2024.
The beneficiaries would include all senior teachers in elementary and secondary education.
According to the TSC CEO, the aforementioned teachers are crucial to institutions and deserve increased pay.
A senior teacher in a primary school teaching in grade C5 will now make 64631 shillings per month instead of 47896.
This would represent a rise of 17,000 shillings, according to this argument. In comparison to their present compensation of 115163 shillings, secondary school students would receive a staggering 157656 shillings, an increase of 40.000 shillings.
The CEO announced that if the evaluation is approved, all teachers’ pay will rise.
The CEO went on to declare that all instructors will receive pay increases under the signed Collective Bargaining Agreement, CBA for 2021–2025.
