Promotion to C3 from Grade C2

Promotion to this level is not assured, though; it depends on the degree of competition and the number of unfilled places.
A minimum of three years of experience instructing the primary grades is necessary to be promoted to Primary Teacher II. For qualified individuals, promotion to this grade is automatic.
