Primary school teachers currently serving as Senior Teacher II (Job Group C2) are set to benefit from the upcoming Teachers Service Commission (TSC) job group restructuring expected next year.
Under the new grading framework, eligible Senior Teacher II teachers will be automatically moved to Job Group C3, providing a significant career progression opportunity.
The promotion to C3 will also place these teachers in a stronger position to compete for appointment as Deputy Headteachers (Job Group C4) in primary schools whenever vacancies arise.
