New TSC C1 Teachers Salary After Phase 2 Increment. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) states that employees in Job Group C1, also referred to as Secondary Teacher II, are diploma teachers. The commission sets the salary range for these employees.

Monthly House Allowance for TSC C1 Teachers

Tsc pays these teachers a monthly house allowance of sh. 5,000 to sh. 10,000 depending on the geographical area of their employment.
Teachers in urban areas attract higher allowances to help them secure suitable accommodation and sustaining their livelihood.
Other allowances paid include;
- Monthly Hardship Allowance of sh. 8200
- Monthly Commuter Allowance of sh. 4000
- An Annual Leave Allowance of sh. 4000
