KUCCPS Students Inter-University Transfer Applications. Candidates for the Kenya Colleges and Universities Placement Service (KUCCPS) might request to be transferred. They can request to be transferred to another university if they are not placed in the courses of their choice.
Candidates can use a website created by KUCCPS to apply for inter-university transfers after being placed.
Inter-university transfers allow students who were dissatisfied with the university or institutions they were assigned to transfer to the university or institutions of their choosing.
Conditions for submitting requests to switch universities:
Remember that Kuccps has to have enrolled a student in the program from which they are requesting a transfer in order for them to be eligible for one.
Second, before submitting an application to transfer to a course, a student needs to complete the prerequisites.
In order to be eligible for degree programs, applicants must have met the appropriate cut-off mark for their particular placement year.
The program into which a student was put had to have approved their application the year before.

Only one course or program transfer application may be made at a time by an individual.
There will only be one transfer allowed for the duration of the program.
Rules To Be Followed Before Submitting A Transfer Request
A applicant must evaluate the offered programs and their prerequisites prior to submitting a transfer request.
Once the learner has decided on a program of choice, they should be aware that only the 7-Character Programme Code is needed.
The Ksh1,000 application processing fee must be paid.
Candidates requested not to pay anything before being prompted or after the application deadline has gone.
Upon submitting applications,the student may monitor the progress of their application via the student’s portal.
