CS. Machogu assured the public that the government has now implemented this new recruitment into TTCs at C Plain without the clusters requirement.
Machogu brought up the example of some of the great elementary school teachers from the 1970s and 1980s who did not have the current C Plain qualification for high schools.
In contrast to previous criteria that caused a sharp fall in enrolment, the removal clusters prerequisites have improved the number of aspiring teachers enrolling in TTCs.
