TSC Phase 2 CBA (2025–2029) — Salary & Allowance Breakdown, Effective 1 July 2026
This breaks down Circular No. 12/2026 from the Teachers Service Commission, showing job titles/grades and the basic salary and allowance rates effective 1st July 2026 (Phase 2 of the CBA implementation, running to 30th June 2027).
Introduction
TSC signed the 2025–2029 CBA with KNUT, KUPPET and KUSNET on 18th July 2025, to be rolled out in four phases.
Phase 1 ran from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026; Phase 2 took effect on 1 July 2026 and applies to all teachers in service as at that date, excluding intern teachers.
Teachers keep their existing incremental dates when converting to the new scales; annual increments continue per the Code of Regulations for Teachers (2015).
