This shows a lot of incompetence in the management of examinations and the ministry of education. It has never occurred this way, things were running smoothly until KK government took
Over. Last year they used what was established by former government. Now try their own way has been a tall order. Imagine since Matiangi brought a lot of changes in the ministry and the running of exam we have been having smooth administration, marking and release of exam. If it’s not incompetence please tell me what is it.
