TSC Promotion Scoresheet 2024. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has kicked off promotion interviews for secondary school teachers across the country.
The interviews, which commenced on January 3rd are scheduled to continue until January 16, 2024.
Approximately 150,000 primary and secondary school teachers underwent a shortlisting process and received interview letters to vie for the 36,505 advertised vacancies.
Primary school teacher interviews were conducted from December 4th to 12th, whereas secondary school teacher interviews are being conducted at county and regional levels, overseen by county and regional directors
According to the TSC score sheet, age is identified as the pivotal factor in determining promotion interview scores.

Candidates appearing for the December and January promotion interviews are required to present the following items:
- Original National ID Card
- Original Academic and Professional Certificates
- Letter of appointment to the current Grade
- Letter of appointment to the current post (where applicable)
- Analyzed individual subject results in KCPE/KCSE Examinations for the last three years, certified by TSC County Directors/Sub County Directors
- Performance Appraisal Reports for 2020, 2021, and 2022
- Any other relevant testimonials supporting performance
Successful candidates must produce five Chapter Six documents in line with the Constitution of Kenya.
