KNEC 2024 KCSE Timetable And PDF Download. The schedule for the October and November 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination has been released by the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC).
Important subjects and their start and end dates for the KCSE are listed below in the schedule.
November is when all of the KCSE 2024 exams will be administered.
Important dates, 2024 Timetable
On Friday 18th October 2024 ,it is set as the rehearsal day for candidates.
2024 KCSE examination will officially start on Tuesday 22nd October 2024 .
The examination will be done allm through to end on Friday 22nd November 2024.
Note that the Practical subjects like Agriculture, Computer, Arts, Woodwork, Metal work among others are already ongoing teachers should be submitting the results based on guidelines.
The list of Project papers include
- Art and Design (442/3),
- Agriculture (443/3)
- Woodwork (444/2)
- Metalwork (445/2)
- Building Construction (446/2)
- Computer Studies (451/3)
These practical papers are slated to run for 7 months beginning January 2024 to July 2024.
All Secondary Schools with with candidates doing the listed practicals are asked to upload marks for project subjects by 31st March for Milestone One.

For milestone two , marks will be submitted on 31st July 2024 .
2024 KCSE examinations s will run for a period of 30 days , ending on 22nd November 2024 with Physics practical examination .
2024 KCSE Subject that will start and End
2024 KCSE examination will start with practical papers which are not done by majority of the students.
These papers include ;
- French (Oral)
- German (Oral)
- Arabic (oral)
- Kenyan Sign Language
- Music Practical.
In the last week of examinations, learners will sit for Physics, Business Studies and Agriculture subjects.
After this exercise, all students will be at liberty to leave their respective institution after completing their examinations.
